Re: Mark Davies
I was just about to say TD, it's a good job that Norwich have let us get Buttercup for a while longer as we're going to need him now.
Hopefully with a few appearances under his belt his match fitness is good enough for him to play a full 90 minutes.

That is true but Dougie's recruits will be flooding in in January.officer_dibble wrote:Butterfield is here till the start of jan? Mark Davies will be out till march...

Come March he will find it hard to get back in the team.
Blessing in disguise if you ask me.
Gutted for him though.

Re: Mark Davies
Statistically collar bone breaks are the commonest broken bone injury treated in NHS hospitals, but you don't get anywhere near the same proportion of that injury in football. I've no idea why I told you that either.

Re: Mark Davies
Thinking back to the Blackburn game, by all accounts we had a blinder without him. Let's hope Butterfield can step up for now.

Re: Mark Davies
Just a thought but isn't Stu Holden due back mid to late Jan if all goes to plan? Chances are that Butterfield will stay beyond the two months maybe a season loan so not panicking yet.
The best game we have played this season was at Blackburn ironically without M Davies so providing his fitness and form hold then we shouldn't have too many issues.

Don't you mean "Build me up, Buttercup" ?TANGODANCER wrote:Commentators said he went down with a real bang and were a bit surprised he stayed on. That he did and figured in the goals is a credit to him. Hope we have somebody ready to replace his goals. He's by far the best in the side at running at defences. Stand up Buttercup, your team needs you.

Well, everything must be built on good Foundations, Bobo. No use being Casual about it and just saying, "When Jesamine goes". We need to Move, not just wait for The Fire Brigade.bobo the clown wrote:Don't you mean "Build me up, Buttercup" ?TANGODANCER wrote:Commentators said he went down with a real bang and were a bit surprised he stayed on. This was why I was thinking we could sell Mavies to get money to fund the new additions, doesn't look like that'll happen now.TKIZ! wrote:Let's hope soJez wrote:Maybe we'll see eagles playing in the middle? I'd love to see an attacking midfield 3 of petrov eagles chungy
Where does Buttercup play?

Conspiracy!
We never had conspiracies under Coyle. I bet Big Mick would have made him play on, after a touch of the magic sponge, the soft arse.
