I'm finding it difficult to understand why we didn't try a bit harder to sign Warnock, but I normally find it hard to understand most things Bolton do.

Five lives deadline day program kicking off now with Owen Coyle and Robbie Savage in the studio, looking forward to this meeting of two of footballs greatest minds.

Not totally convinced. Cant see Leeds spending much on wages these days. Bolton really must be tightening their belts a lot. Chungy out next then.TKIZ! wrote:High Wages, maybe? The Berlin Bear wrote:I'm finding it difficult to understand why we didn't try a bit harder to sign Warnock, but I normally find it hard to understand most things Bolton do.

I take it you're aware that the side with the kids won the league that season, beating us 6-0 along the way.The Berlin Bear wrote:You don't win the league with kids..................DSB wrote:Age and wage, friend. And that Warnock wanted a long-term deal on Premier League wages, when he's arguably injury-prone and unarguably 32.

"Wylde loan deal called off by Bolton because Hibs tried to offer less towards wages than they did when deal struck. Chungy NOT moving."

Vukcevic, linked with us more than once, released by Blackburn. Cost the Venky's £3m. That's a lot of chicken carcasses.
