We were in a pub. On the outskirts of the town centre. But that was 12 years ago. So don't ask me what it was called.

Personally, I can't imagine t' Sat Nav's reached there yet.

Re: Away, Barnsley.
As it's unreserved seating how about we have a "The Wanderer" section for the day for all those going?
Pfffft.
Re: Away, Barnsley.
Thanks for the reminder! So i thought at least i'll be able to cheer a win in person even if I did miss the goals, but alas it was not to be.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:see all Barnsley v Bolton results hereLeverEnd wrote:Can't remember much else other than that it was 2 all but i think both our goals were first half so I missed the buggers. 3rd October 1998; both teams had dropped out of the top flight earlier that year. We were unbeaten in the first 13 games of the season and were third in the table, but starting that day we'd only win one of the next 10 and would slip to 13th.
Ashley Ward put them one up on nine minutes, Mad Arnie equalised on 21, Ickle Joey equalised on 42, Lever End arrived at half-time, Barnsley equalised on 85 through Robin van der Laan.
Our team: jussi, Cox, Bergsson, Todd, Phillips, Johansen, Jensen, Frandsen, Gardner, Gunnlaugsson, Blake. Subs Branagan, Strong, Taylor.
Good point about sat nav, i'll set off 5 hours early and hope I don't have to ask directions from a local.

Only if they are proper enamel ones! I collect them, but not those plastic coated Asda-value pin badges.DIPS wrote:Pin badges. Lets get it done.

If Freedman doesn't win this to make it three on the bounce I'm getting the pitchfork and bedsheets out.

Re: Away, Barnsley.
I've got one of the old school enamel ones that weirdly enough I got outside Highbury after we drew with them 1-1, with Nolan scoring that outrageous lob against 'Mad' Jens.
I'll wear that and/or pick a number for the seats and try and congregate round that? How many does away end hold?

Re: Away, Barnsley.
Apparently. They use the entire North Stand as the away end and it seats 6,000.boltonboris wrote:I've seen that a few times... 6000, really? bigger than the south stand at the Reebok? Bigger than the away end at the DW??
