Actually I think the Beeb may have been right at one time or another. We were in 8th when we were winning and Leeds was tied. We dropped to 9th when Barnsley tied the score. Then we scored and went to 8th again, but dropped back when Leeds scored in the 72nd minute. Then, as soon as the Wednesday game started and Forest had a point, we dropped to 10th where we now reside.

Interesting theory but Leeds had finished by the time we kicked off!

Ah, well in that case leave Leeds out of the equation and we would have been 9th right up to the time Wednesday kicked off. 10th thereafter.

I saw the table with my eyes - it was wrongly recorded for a time - the BBC corrected it - end of story. I was a bit bemused by Monty's rather weird reconstruction including Leeds...

One of my son's first away matches - it was good for him to experience friendly & engaging home fans, and best for him a proper sandwich shop (Oakwell sandwiches anyone?) rather than a plastic Subway shop.

Good day out. Some thoughts:

Defensively sound first half then all over the shop second. Barnsley looked a lot fitter than us I think.

Why did Medo go mental?

Dawson is the man! He'll be playing top flight next year.

Alonso can bollocks for me we need full backs who can defend. He'd be a good midfielder mind.

Pratley is our fittest player. Covers some ground.

Ricketts played well for a change. Partly to blame for their first i suspect though.

Chungy best game for a while.

Eagles was fine did well first half. Didnt shirk. Needs a goal for his confidence.
