For a man that had only played around 250 games by the age of 30, and of questionable ability, he's done very well for himself indeed has old Jay Lloyd. I have a photo of my nephew stood next to his Lamborghini, and who can forget the photo's of his lottery-winner-stylee barn conversion in Lymm?Riviman wrote:Now playing in Iran:

However, I still remember him putting in one of the best tackles that I've ever seen by any Wanderer. Had he not timed it to absolute perfection then the upshot would, without a doubt, have been a penalty to the other side. Sadly for Jay Lloyd, and for us, he was tackling Ronaldo (the cheating c*nt) at O/T and the referee was Rob Styles. Result - penalty kick for them.

May the bridges I burn light your way

Even countries like Russia seem fairly volatile to foreigners and non-foreigners in recent years so jumping into Iran is brave!

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Mate of mine worked on his posh landscape garden and he was a nice guy apparently, but he was in a bit of a pickle at not being given a decent contract anywhere as he'd shelled out on said house, cars and god know's what...Bruce Rioja wrote:For a man that had only played around 250 games by the age of 30, and of questionable ability, he's done very well for himself indeed has old Jay Lloyd.
