Match Report: Bristol City 1-2 Bolton Wanderers

Post by Lewis Hancock » Mon Apr 15, 2013 4:53 pm

Hello Trotters,

A good game of football played considering the weather unfortunately you pipped us to three points and pretty much condemed us to relegation.

I've written a report of the match and thought I'd share it as I did my preview.

I briefly spoke to Dougie Freedman off the record after the press conferences and he is a brilliant man. Very well-spoken and very confident that you'll succeed in the play-offs.

So, here is my match report, hope you enjoy:

Good luck for the remainder of the season.

Cheers,

Lewis

Thanks, Iewis - I know how tough relegation is.

Again, thanks Lewis, for taking the time and trouble. Be welcome here anytime. Hope it works out for Bristol; it's all in the lap of the gods right now.

Hey Lewis. A great piece, Fella. Unfussy, uncluttered, well-informed and unbiased. I hope things work out for City (after all, an old friend of mine is married to an ex-keeper of yours) and I hope you keep the writing up and go on to do well.

Thanks again.

Good strong straight piece. I've contacted Lewis with some advice. On this occasion at least, I know of what I speak.

Thank you for your feedback guys, especially yours DSB; very useful!

Throwawayboltonian I did note Spearing coming off injured as I also did for Stephen Pearson but for my assignment my match report was restricted to just 500 words which meant less important things have to be left out. :)
