Aye, I was still job hunting. I was hoping I could bring my lucky away-day prescence to banish some demons. I got cheery text updates from Verbs throughout. I worried for his health at the 'bring on an extra striker' move.

But yeah, I'm basically Clinton in all this.

Yep. Worked close to that ground for a year but never been in. Or Fleetwood/Morecambe.
That is shocking given we played a pre season friendly there at the start of the season, I made the trip and stayed in a hotel especially so I could get it done.

While Accy away is very appealing the idea of ruining Bury and probably inflicting the worst day in their club history with a thumping from the mighty whites sounds even better. Worst case scenario a home tie :hang: .

I am a demi-God, obviously.

Chester depends on the team they put out. I was certainly going till they arranged a friendly v ... oddly ... Shrewsbury for the firstish XI. I wonder if that may get bounced now.

According to contemporary reports, Shrewsbury is first-team (as is Rotherham the Tuesday before it and Carlisle the Tuesday after), while the games at Skelmersdale, Chorley, FCUM, Chester and Macc are "a Bolton XI".

In other news, Bobes, I'm worried - first the Pope, now this. You obviously have a beautiful, terrifying gift. Please use it wisely.

Actually, I think you'll find it was me that predicted this Pope. (disclaimer: you may of course have been talking about a previous Pope).

Bobo merely had to mention kissing the ring, and the red-shoed showman flounced out.
