According to a certain Scottish journalist, McNaughton will not be allowed out on loan again.

He got a few minutes tonight, looked terrible. I've not seen many slower forwards, when tried to take on a defender he resembled a train pulling out of the station.

A train pulling another train through quicksand with the handbrake left on?
He's got pedigree though.

as I said earlier - I thought he did OK - looked to be in the mix, kept the ball well - not as easily pushed off it as Cravies is - brought advancing midfielders into play - had one particularly nice turn and lay off whilst surrounded by 3 players.. not ready to write him off yet...

He's played the last 3 for them. Why would you shift someone who was in your 1st XI on loan?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Iles' rolling transfer blog thing thinks McNaughton's out of the question.

Sky are saying Wigan are 'believed to be leading the chase' for Dawson. That would upset me greatly. Taking with a pinch of salt though, no source.

Dawson likes Bolton... though to be honest you couldn't blame him for steering clear.

I can see him picking wigan before us, more going right than wrong here
Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
I fear the same but I think we can pretty much guarantee he will start every game. May just make a difference.jaffka wrote:I can see him picking wigan before us, more going right than wrong here

And he'll get plenty practice!

If he regains last seasons form, he would start every game for Wigan.malcd1 wrote:I fear the same but I think we can pretty much guarantee he will start every game. May just make a difference.jaffka wrote:I can see him picking wigan before us, more going right than wrong here

Possibly but he knows he will start for us where he may hope to start for them.Relentless09 wrote:If he regains last seasons form, he would start every game for Wigan.malcd1 wrote:I fear the same but I think we can pretty much guarantee he will start every game. That the left-back? Can't have done his agent any harm when Ream went off...jaffka wrote:Rumours that popescu has been signed up.

Wouldn't surprise me he had a decent game for the U21s on Monday night, don't think he's the long tern answer though but decent back up IF we can get some one with experience in.jaffka wrote:Rumours that popescu has been signed up.

Done deal: Luxembourg international Yannick Bastos has official signed for us
Well at least this is from a different twitter account other than Coyle's pal.
