If we're talking about the same game, they battered us 3-1.

I was right behind N,Zogbia (sp?) in the Lofthouse lower for their first goal. He curled it in as a cross and it skipped past everybody and into the net. We were doing okay up to then and it came as a complete sickener.
I think you'll find it's spelt 'Insomnia' Tango.

" That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet."
Nay, good bard, there is no rose as sweet as the red one of Lancashire. The white rose is but A Yorkshire tragedy as tomorrow will prove. A resounding 4-0 to the red-rosers. :oyea:

The curse of Redfearn to strike, and strike hard.

3-0 to them.

I must be thinking about the away game - 0-0 - and it was Keggers return that we pooped on, not Sam's debut!!

right season - wrong game - wrong manager - but we DID poop on a new Newcastle manager's parade!

I feel slightly better now! 8)

Yeah, Keggers v Meggers. Huge clash of ethos. And I suppose Megson "won".

The Bolton News headline says:

"Bolton star Liam Trotter out for up to 10 Weeks"

Is there some new meaning of the word 'star' that I haven't been told about? :?

Yep ... apparently Dougie is going to have to re-shape his midfield now.

Ah, so we must have been playing one of those complicated shapes that only cutting edge mathematicians working with three-dimensional computer modelling can understand up to now, then? I geddit.

Anyway, Dougie says we'll be playing our usual attacking football tomorrow. What a relief, eh? :Jedi:

Then again, when it comes to headlines, The Yorkie Post clearly beats the Bolton News hands down:

"I could be gone on Saturday if Leeds don’t beat Bolton, admits Hockaday"

Read all about it!

Freedman's on a hiding to nothing here.

Playing a dishevelled Leeds, poor in any case but especially right now, managerless (get used to that guys), 8 players out, lost their last 3, fans all over the place .... so a win will be "and so we should" and a lose will bring all hell down on him.

Don't get me wrong I'm not feeling sorry for him or anything.

Being given international break. Mark Lies ON THE PULSE again.

Moxey out, mcnaughton, bogdan fitness tests.

Ps Samni Odelusi?? Thought we'd binned him off. Seems we're funding his hospital bills.

We should beat Leeds given their problems off the field. A win would probably release a bit of the pressure on Freedman, even though it shouldn't, and a loss will hopefully be the end.
