I've got a formerly melted twix that was put in the fridge, but has a funny shape now and will be rock hard, but still edible despite probably having that weird white dusting that happens when you leave Chocolate bars in the fridge.

I believe its when the milk solids become un-emulsified (or demulsified?). Perfectly harmless, shouldn't affect the value of your item.
