Forest, Leeds and Blackburn have been banned from signing anybody in January that involves paying cash. The ban will be lifted at the end of the season if they don't make losses greater than 6 million.

I notice Sheff Wed have now been taken over by a Thai company. Anyone know whats happened/ happening with us ?
