What I’m looking for is hopefully getting some players back. Craig Davies played an hour on Friday in a bounce game against Burnley so he’s back in the squad which is a timely boost. We are hoping Emile will be fit for the game as well.

Lonners should be fit and back for tomorrow. He was suffering a few headaches last week but he was okay on Friday. You can’t take any chances with a head injury. You just don’t know with these things. Thankfully we have given him enough time now and he’s recovered fully.
so... Lenny actually calls Lonergan "Lonners"??

surely every football journo included that phrase in every pre-match article about a bolton-blackburn game since before the dawn of time!! :D

You could have a decent game of ping-pong on that. What is a "bounce" game?

The drab twit in charge up at Eerie Ewood has been stirring the pot, quote from the BN:

“We’re stretched in terms of number and we’re not as fortunate as Bolton in terms of the number of loans they have because of our embargo so we’ll deal with what we’ve got and have a right good go at it,” Bowyer said.

Interesting use of the word 'fortunate' given they've got two of our potential first-teamers on loan...? Maybe if they'd adhered to the rules a little better they'd be a little more...'fortunate'?

Theyd have had more fortune if they hadn't spent a fortune...

Nothing but a nice bit of gamesmanship and sabre-rattling. Just getting his excuses in early in case we whack em. We will. :oyea:

#BWFC team to face @OneRovers: Amos, Vela, Mills, McCarthy, Ream, Janko, Danns, Coke, Feeney, Le Fondre, Heskey #BLAvBOL

#BWFC subs: Lonergan, Moxey, Hall, Trotter, Gudjohnsen, C Davies, Walker #BLAvBOL
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Five loans and Heskey starting. Kinda doesn't feel like "our" Bolton.

Here we go with a commentator wish for a good ref...and.....away......
Coke figuring early and McCarthy too gets a mention. Good cross from Feeney but to no real avail. Bit of chat about shirt numbers and we'll get to the match in a bit. Emil HENRY??? Who is this man?
