Academy to be downgraded

Welcome to the EPPP. In order to fulfil Category One status, you have to spend £2.5m per year on your youth development and have at least 18 full-time staff. And no, the figures don't add up: it just helps the rich stay rich.

Here's something a particularly livid Rochdale fan wrote about it.

FFS, had forgotten about EPPP, it's effects, and how the premier league forced it through. Reading that article again makes me feel empty about football. The greed of the prem is worse than fifa.
