Lennon said you can go in Jan. The home pub will be fine.

Am I right in thinking that it's £32 to watch us get twatted?

I'm washing my hair that night

£27, presumably more attractive clubs get stung for the £32.

It's actually £20, which is more than reasonable.. At least it would be, if it wasn't 3 days before payday

Taking place at Hillsborough on Tuesday 12 January, 2016, Whites supporters will be able to purchase tickets from 6.30pm on a cash-only basis from the Upper West Stand.

Kicking off at 7.45pm, prices for the game are as follows:

Prices

Adults - £20
Over 65s - £15
Under 17s - £10
Under 11s - £5

I will make some enquiries. Given the probable match result this is important!

Nobody else joining us for this turning point, not just in our season, but in our whole history? Provided we can find a decent chippy.

There is a chippy near by, but I don't know if it's open on Tuesdays. It's defo open on Friday nights and has been open on Saturday match days, so if they've got any business sense they'll open up on a Tuesday night match day. To get to it, it's on that big road that sweeps in from down the hill (that is for us yokels who approach Hillsborohgh from the Derbyshire hills). Its on a small parade of shops on the right before the turnoff at Leppings Lane (about six minutes walk from the stadium - dead near). Good chips, but when I've asked for cod, they just had 'fish' last time.

There's a chippy about 50 yards from the away end called the 4 lanes, decent and open every matchday.

Away pub? Horse and Jockey or the Railway are fine, i tend to drink in Hillsborough itself though.

Re Mavies, wages dispute, we won't be held to ransom by a player with his injury record, we move on.

Completely fair enough. Can't be easy paying Gary Hooper £40kpw for his 2 goals in 11 games - one in a defeat, one in the 90th minute of a 4-1 win...

Only jealous joshing. Lennon would have given his left bollock for Gary Hooper, but now we couldn't even afford Tommy Cooper. He's been dead for 30 years, and he might still be a better target man than your boy Madine.

What if we throw Gary Madine the Goal Machine in as well? :D (Quite how the feck that useless fecking big fairy ever got a gig as a footballer will forever be beyond me).

That's blatantly unfair - we've been held to ransom for long enough. :-)

On his day, a great player, but even when not injured has too few days to justify the wage he's asking, for me...

We'll dick 'em, 3-0

See;

Sheffield Wednesday have gone nine games a without defeat on home soil, winning six.

Fernando Forestieri has scored four league goals in his past four appearances.

The Trotters have won just three points on the road this season, a league-low total.

Bolton have the worst shot conversion rate in the Championship in 2015-16 (7.7%). :(
