Have a read of their facebook 'interaction' (I love a good use of quote marks too) with one of the consortium members. Fills me with confidence about the direction our club is taking .BWFC_Insane wrote:If that is true I hope that 'site' haven't damaged the chances of a takeover going through.

Re: The breaking News thread...
At the risk of setting off the PFs, are we still due in court tomorrow? And, if so, is it possible that we could be in administration by the end of the day or does it take longer?

Not since we discovered the earth is flat. The PF's have now all gone off to worry about boat trips...TonyDomingos wrote:At the risk of setting off the PFs, are we still due in court tomorrow? Re: The breaking News thread...
All us PFs have gathered together in a big sticky mess. Currently we have spun a web of la-la-la-dom around us of a consistecy remarkably like candyfloss and are busily licking the comforting floss off.

Seems we're not the only local team having a bit of bother. Understand this was about £156k to HMRC - which they've now paid.

Why have we not got a proper countdown clock on here?

Ah, 148 not till after 11.30am

No panic here. I think we'll get more time so long as we have a reasonable and credible plan. And I assume we have otherwise that would be a major, major, major feck up.

Adjourned on basis of land sale, player sale and potential sale of the whole club.
HMRC weren't satisfied with plan or likelihood of sale and therefore still requested petition remain.
Thankfully court granted adjournment.
EDIT: Those who witnessed proceedings suggest a significant number of player sales are crucial.

Basically we are flogging stuff to make the club more affordable for prospective buyers. Makes sense, I just wish they'd get on with it then we can get a new manager in and have a crack at pulling off a survival miracle.BWFC_Insane wrote:Better detail here:
