Whilst I agree with the sentiment, I wonder whether we're in any position to afford the sort of payoff he'll be due? Perhaps he'll walk away soon, knowing that the whirlwind of financial trouble surrounding the club can explain away this blot on his CV (and why not? It's worked for Freedman). I have a feeling if he doesn't, and we don't go bump or come to some sort of deal, he's here for a while. its really in his hands from where I'm sitting, and I don't see what his motivation would be.
