He trained with us in 2007, so we might have an advantage. Maybe Super Stu can put in a word. The following is a list of 15 clubs I have fully confirmed (through a seeming source cast-of-thousands) that were in the house to watch Shea either in Belgium last month or New Jersey last week:
Anderlecht, AZ Alkmaar, Blackburn, Bolton, Fulham, Hamburg, Liverpool, Newcastle, PSV Eindhoven, Roda JC, Sporting CP, Stoke City, Sunderland, Werder Bremen, West Ham United

(didn't we establish you could only have one loan from one club??)clicklancashire wrote:According to reports Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle is considering a January loan swoop for Liverpool youngsters Jon Flanaghan and Raheem Stirling.
The Wanderers boss is desperate to boost his strikeforce in January and stem the club’s worrying slide down the table.
Sterling joined Liverpool from QPR at the age of 15 for an initial fee of £600,000, which may rise in time to £5 million.
Flanagan made his breakthrough towards the end of the last season when he came in for Martin Kelly and Glen Johnson when they were injured.

Thought it was established Sterling was too young to go on loan, too.

Boost the strikeforce to stem the worrying slide down the table? We're conceding nearly three goals per game. The only way that boosting the strikeforce will help is if we get a four goals-per-game man in. A player; if one such exists, that would be worth in the region of about 500 million quid. Good luck with that Owen.clicklancashire wrote:The Wanderers boss is desperate to boost his strikeforce in January and stem the club’s worrying slide down the table.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

How come we haven't got a BWFC injury watch thread? Shirley it'd be the busiest thread on any forum in the history of the internet?

See, now I had in my head Sam with a room full of people with lamps and Barbara Woodhouse. Let your imagination run wild. Then of course admonish it with a stern gesture and a "sit!".
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Re: CH's all singing all dancing transfer gossip thread on t
personally feel by january all we will need to strengthen is possibly
a loan keeper
a solid leftback and a solid left mid
if we have more possibilitys in these areas it can only help
by strong i mean defensifly strong (wishing we hadnt lost taylor honestly) kakuta petrov ect cant compete in most situations
as for our current lineup we should be playing more like this
jussi
stein cahill wheater robbo
muamba
reo pratley
eagles petrov
ngog
we need more support for petrov as having him defend wastes his offensive capabilitys and robbo cant cover enough of the gaps being created down the left
lets be honest this is our strongest team^

Chelsea are contemplating an £8m bid for Bolton defender Gary Cahill, a target for Spurs and Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
