I don't mean to be a negative bastard, honest. But as a genuine prediction I'll go...

Spurs (A) - L - They will score loads, we won't score at all.
Villa (H) - L - We probably will score in this one, they will score more.
(At this point, I would imagine Owen would leave by mutual consent)
Fulham (A) - L - Tony Kelly's management career starts and ends badly.
Blackburn (A) - D - New manager finally sees us draw.
Newcastle (H) - D - ..... and draw again.
Wolves (H) - W - And finally win.

5 points, which would see us on 14 from 19 and utterly, utterly fecked.

As for an actual target, I'd say 8/9 points should be achievable.

i see it more like this

Spurs (A) - draw backs to the wall
Villa (H) - win as villa wont show up
(At this point, I would imagine Owen will hype up selling cahill more)
Fulham (A) - L - tough fought losing late on
Blackburn (A) - D - fighting tooth and nail we push them back and deserve the win
Newcastle (H) - w could go either way i think we will do em by 2 clear goals
Wolves (H) - W - tougher match than we would all expect but we will take 3 points

11 points can change our season

Spurs (A) - L - We are going to concede 5 or 6.
Villa (H) - L - Cant see us getting anything from them.
Fulham (A) - L - Not one of our better away grounds even when we are playing well so can see another loss.
Blackburn (A) - D - We had better hope they dont sack Keen and get a proper manager.
Newcastle (H) - L - Newcastle look solid, organised and a team unlike us.
Wolves (H) - D - Scrappy last minute goal.

2 points and bottom of the table .

We'll get royally dicked at Spurs, setting us up for a marginal home win against Villa, we'll think we've turned a corner before getting beaten 3 at Fulham.

The match after Fulham doesn't even bear thinking about at the moment!

Well we got L, L, L W, L, L for 3 points from the last 6 games and still no new manager so perhaps the next six will make even Gartside realise that a change is essential irrespective of injuries and suspensions. So hear goes

Spurs (A) - L - that was easy, as the result is already in.
Villa (H) - W - Surely we can beat them 1-0 .
Fulham (A) - L - Can't see us getting anything there 2-0
Blackburn (A) - D - Surely we must get a draw one day 2-2.
Newcastle (H) - L - Another thrashing 4-0.
Wolves (H) - L - Can't get two draws so close together so 0-1.

Four points and surely Coyle must go now!!

I'll have a word with them at the Co-Op and tell them to put less brandy in the next batch of mince pies.

On the other had, I'd be delighted if we did :-)

So you're having 6 this time? You were confident of more that 6 last...

And we have one team below us to play and one not far above us like last time.

So you're changing the terms of the bet.
No - post made in error.

Should have read "more than 6". as before.
Ok, the pies have it.

If we haven't won 6 points by game 5, I reserve the right to lob the last one into the dugout. :D
So three games down an a massive zero points.

Only 7 more to get from the next 3.

Two of them at home should be dead certs for 6 of them, I'm just a bit worried Willy, that the 7th might prove elusive.

I've let the lads building the pie shed, off early for Christmas. ONLY, because I'm such a decent human being.
