Re: The New Kit Thread
Except a deep breath and a bit of applied common sense before you post should help you distinguish between a genuine bit of banter and an outright attack on the club. GG only ever posts the former.mrpiccollo wrote:Not sure if your calling me a bully someone else. The actual point of my first post was me being sick of all the slagging bolton off going on on a bolton forum (while you may like GG very much ) as far as im concerned someone coming to a bolton forum slagging bolton off is fair game to be told where to go, and really its plain to see ive upset people with this oppinion but i couldent care less, at the end of the day i dont want to see anyone slagging off bolton and if you see people doing it as a joke thats up to you i personally dont and regardless of who it is having a pop at bolton you will notice rather quickly if you could go through all my posts made on this forum i refuse to stand for it and let my feeling be known to whoever is doing it.wanderers_on_tour wrote:Right, this is the crux of the whole feckin issue. No one has had a pop at you without just cause, that honour lays with you. This whole incident has come about after you decided to have a go at someone who posted a small off the cuff comment, obviously meant in jest, on a feckin football forum. Imo your behaviour in acting as such, and all your subsequent comments in this thread are just childish and embarrassing.mrpiccollo wrote:Andy Waller wrote:Has your keyboard not got a full stop and/or comma key on it?
Or a shift key for that matter?
well done chum come in out of the blue take a pop at me but clearly cant actually read or perhaps your just blind as my posts are punctuated except this one
As an individual I don't have any particular loyalties on this forum. I don't chat to any posters on here outside this site and haven't had the pleasure to meet many of the members in this forum so have no feelings of bias towards or against yourself, or towards the other members of this forum you have subsequently taken issue with (GG, Bish, Bruce etc). However I have been on this forum long enough to appreciate that despite the various differences in opinion that are raised on this forum on a almost daily basis none of the posters mentioned, or almost any of the TW members I can recall, have ever come across as rude or acted in a manner which could be construed as plain bullying. So now, politely, and to quote your fine self could you perhaps do us all a favour and 'stfu','gtfo',go make some wonderful gifs and get on with your life.

No when its a bolton fan clearly slagging of the players/squad i keep to myself however when i notice away fans popping in sticking in the boot i allways comment (when i see it).thebish wrote:mrpiccollo wrote:...regardless of who it is having a pop at bolton you will notice rather quickly if you could go through all my posts made on this forum i refuse to stand for it and let my feeling be known to whoever is doing it.
not really true though!! there has been PLENTY of slagging off of Bolton by PLENTY of posters here for virtually the whole season - and you have been largely silent...

Re: The New Kit Thread
in hindsight i think i just hate to hear other clubs fans talk about bolton tbh, as honestly its rarely going to be an oppinion i want to hear especially this season so umm yea as far as im concerned they can all fudge off.
just noticed this post by you
it annoys me too but its worth it - not sure if you have actually seen it but its really quite a nice one should be back on again soon as its the turn of the month and photo bucket only allows a certain amount of free bandwith usage per month.

yea the thing with that particular gif is its literally my favorive gif of all time it has john mcginlay nat lofthouse owen coyle and super kev scoring for bolton and a nice bolton badge at the side it actually took me ages to make and i dont want to lose it (i lost the account on photobucket i used to upload it so now its only on there and here and i worry if i stop using it if it will be deletedthebish wrote: (that bandwidth thing in your sig - now you mention it - is a bit irritating!)

See, the thing with GG is she's kind of "one of us"......anyone else slags us off, well that's a different matter.mrpiccollo wrote:No when its a bolton fan clearly slagging of the players/squad i keep to myself however when i notice away fans popping in sticking in the boot i allways comment (when i see it).thebish wrote:mrpiccollo wrote:...regardless of who it is having a pop at bolton you will notice rather quickly if you could go through all my posts made on this forum i refuse to stand for it and let my feeling be known to whoever is doing it.

Re: The New Kit Thread
I'm sorry my comment upset you mrpiccollo (and anyone else) It was only ever meant in jest in referral to the top with a cat on it, I honestly didn't mean to offend. The last thing i intend to do is come on an opposition forum and put peoples backs up.mrpiccollo wrote:Gooner Girl wrote:

Plus, you'd all look so pretty wearing it out and about.... Can just imagine bobo, bish, GtE, mummy and Bruce strolling down the street in their new pink replica shirts to watch you lot get tonked at The Emitates in that!
implying bolton are pussies when you support fcking arsenal coming to a bolton forum daily when your supposed to be an arsenal fan stfu gtfo
understood?

Good luck in the relegation battle. Hope you stay up.

You don't owe an apology, GG, you're owed one. Only one person took umbrage who then went on to spend the afternoon proving amply what a bellend he is.

Don't worry about about it GG. I'm sure you can understand that some folk are a bit frustrated right now and harmless banter can be taken the wrong way.Gooner Girl wrote:I'm sorry my comment upset you mrpiccollo (and anyone else) It was only ever meant in jest in referral to the top with a cat on it, I honestly didn't mean to offend. This is one of Reebok's new shirt patterns:

They only tend to make two or three patters for the clubs they have kit deals with, so lets hope ours is a simple one like this
