Judging by the final scores in lots of todays matches we're in for a hard time unless the ringmaster can get our lot playing football.
Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.

With a performance like that...nothing to be positive about.Bijou Bob wrote:A one nil loss against a decent side away from home is no disgrace. Onwards and upwards.

Can't string 2 performances together. Piss poor according to commentators.
8th penalty of season given against us. Lets forget about any hopes of play offs, get some players in who will roll their sleeves up and graft for the club, get rid of the lightweights we've got, and build a team ready to challenge for NEXT season.

Problem is it's not a one off though. It's a week after a one nil loss at home to a pisspoor side Burnley beat today.I've seen enough already to know Freedman isn't a Bolton manager. This set of overpaid wankers are worse than the laughing stock Blackburn have become

Ah well, back down to 16th and falling behind Burnley, Blackburn and Blackpool. Dizzy heights didn't last long..
Re: Next Up - Dioufy's Dirty Leeds
Blackburn's caretaker manager has taken as many points from two games in charge than Dougie's managed in the last five.

I thought we were to be compared to Ipswich. Did they lose so not suiting your agenda today?

FFS its nothing to do with the manager...at least not until he's had a transfer window or two behind. We looked solid today. Solid and completely un-inspired. I hate to say it but we need to drop Kev, finally give Ngog a run when hes back to fitness. Bring in another striker and maybe a bright little spark for the midfield. Pratley isn't a total loss but it is close, his effectiveness in attack is almost as limited as Muambas was but he lacks the defensive bite.

Btw even when he's not on form Eagles is a class apart from most of our team. Think everyone can sleep easy that Lee and Alonso wont be going anywhere in a hurry but I can easily see Eagles saying goodbye by the months end.

.. and is that Dougie's most successful 5 game spell, point wise ?BL3 wrote:Blackburn's caretaker manager has taken as many points from two games in charge than Dougie's managed in the last five.
Re: Next Up - Dioufy's Dirty Leeds
Put it this way, their caretaker manager has managed back to back wins in just two games in charge. Dougie's had 13 games in charge and we're still waiting...newcarsmell wrote:.. and is that Dougie's most successful 5 game spell, point wise ?BL3 wrote:Blackburn's caretaker manager has taken as many points from two games in charge than Dougie's managed in the last five.

It's all getting a bit tedious. We aren't going up. Dougie isn't being sacked.BL3 wrote:Put it this way, their caretaker manager has managed back to back wins in just two games in charge. You can argue the odds as much as you like but that's the bottom line. If he doesn't take us into the top 6 next season then there is a chance he may be asked to leave depending on the circumstances.
But right now it's irrelevant.
We need to sort out a club that's failed for 2 years now. That will take some rebuilding like it or lump it, that is what the club are going to do.
Let's hope that the net result is better than the rubbish we've been suffering through for 2 years now.
