Not sure I’d even pick Sheehan in league 2.Bertie Wooster wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:20 pmDixon, Brockbank, Gordon, Baptiste, Isgrove, Bakayoko are League 2 players at best - its no wonder we are shite, there is a complete lack of quality & professionalism in this team.
This level of performance is not acceptable by any Bolton team IMO
Disagree on Isgrove. He’s decent enough.

Not sure Dixon’s done much wrong, tbh.Bertie Wooster wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:20 pmDixon, Brockbank, Gordon, Baptiste, Isgrove, Bakayoko are League 2 players at best - its no wonder we are shite, there is a complete lack of quality & professionalism in this team.

Don't think we're going to have the most possession stat.
What has happened to Sheehan since his cap?

Re: Plymouth match
This is truly woeful
Re: Plymouth match
Goal before half time to start the smash and grab please.
Re: Plymouth match
Early season Sheehan gets in my squad. Current season Sheehan definitely not looking up to it. Same goes for Bakayoko.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:19 pmHugely missing Sarce in midfield. Massively. There is no question anymore. When he’s fit he plays. As does Lee. And MJ. No question.
I suspect there's a lack of movement and ability to retain the ball which is causing us loads of problems.
Gordon has looked positive today. Theres a few times he's progressed the ball into a more dangerous position.
Terrible ball by Brockbank. Would be seemingly a better option flashing the ball across the box and hoping for either contact by our player or a deflection.

Re: Plymouth match
Brockbank hasn’t a fecking clue what to do - they have one man to our two on that side and he’s being outnumbered!

Get Doyle and Sarce on now. Bakayoko is disgraceful in my view.

Re: Plymouth match
Not necessarily tonight but he's not a decent League 1 standard keeper, what about Wigan's 3rd on Saturday ?The_Gun wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:22 pmNot sure Dixon’s done much wrong, tbh.Bertie Wooster wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:20 pmDixon, Brockbank, Gordon, Baptiste, Isgrove, Bakayoko are League 2 players at best - its no wonder we are shite, there is a complete lack of quality & professionalism in this team.

I admire your spirit, Tango, truly I do. However, to say we're getting rinsed here is to understate beyond reason. Seriously, even when Plymouth misplace a pass they're still first to the loose ball.
May the bridges I burn light your way

Re: Plymouth match
Hard to defend Brockbank when he does that. All the time in the world and he delivers that cross.
Re: Plymouth match
This is your default position whenever someone/the team isn’t playing well. I maintain my belief that the vast majority of players are trying their hardest in every game they play.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:25 pmLet’s call it what it is. Re: Plymouth match
To be honest its a lack of most things, a game plan, organisation, quality, nous. We actually look like a poor non league side, a pub team - its men against boys as Saturday was.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:25 pmLet’s call it what it is. Re: Plymouth match
Same deal for that corner as for the second goal. Short, man pulled over and guy near the edge left alone. But they popped it in the box this time.
Well it got better as it went on but that says more about the start than the end.
No bueno.

Nero fiddles while Gordon Burns.

Sounds like the Sammy Lee school of management that. Everyone is giving their all.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 8:29 pmI was talking about Bakayoko and Sheehan. Re: Plymouth match
Unacceptable display by all of them.
Brockbank feeling sorry for himself. Baptiste not match fit. Sheehan?
Better hope Doyle can start scoring because Baka isn't capable of holding the line on this showing.
Wouldn't say it's worth risking Sarce as this game is lost.
Isgrove took 35 minutes to wake up.
So easy for teams. Start quickly and get the early goals from set pieces.
