a loan keeper
a solid leftback and a solid left mid

if we have more possibilitys in these areas it can only help

by strong i mean defensifly strong (wishing we hadnt lost taylor honestly) kakuta petrov ect cant compete in most situations

as for our current lineup we should be playing more like this

jussi

stein cahill wheater robbo
muamba
reo pratley
eagles petrov
ngog

we need more support for petrov as having him defend wastes his offensive capabilitys and robbo cant cover enough of the gaps being created down the left
lets be honest this is our strongest team^

We'll need a new centreback as well. Did Rhys Williams play there with Wheater? Or at right back? Would be good cover either way (and can't be worse than Knight).

Maybe for £8m and a choice of a couple of players on loan? Anelka/Kalou perhaps?
Pfffft.

Been checking up on Rodders regularly and I had hoped we could bring the young whipper snapper back but he's keeping Saviola out of the squad
Pfffft.

Can't happen unless we buy Kalou. I refer you to the Premier League rules I posted on your very own transfer thread, TKIZ:

* Maximum four loanees per season (with a minimum length of the gap between two windows, ie to Jan or Jun)
* Maximum two loanees at once
* Maximum one loanee from same club (unless you buy a loanee)

I know DSB but Kakuta goes back to Chelsea in January hence Kalou on loan?

Scored a first-half hat-trick for the Spain U-21 team against Estonia.

Aye, I was reminded Worthy.

He was technically sound, but mentally he just didn't seem to cut it. Stepped up it seems. Good luck to him.

Forgive me, but wasn't he younger when he was here? Isn't a fairly true truism that players tend to improve with experience. Tend to.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Heard this morning that Jonny Howson will reject a move to Bolton to sign a contract with Leeds.

Not sure we need another championship midfield anyway.
