I opted to watch the game on ESPN and I thought it was handled very well. Let's hope tonight passes without any further incident and progress is made over the coming days. The worldwide support is greatly appreciated I think you will all agree, it is great to see the biggest names look over into our corner of the football world and show a unified support for someone who means so much to our club.

We are football fans, we are men and maybe today we are all Wanderers.

Man United fan here
was watching the match and couldn't believe what was happening!
really hope he has a speedy recovery!
Bill Shankly once said that football was more important than life and death but in times like this we have to forget about what happens on the pitch and the whole football community has to come together and pray for muamba!

As a regular poster on here i'd like to echo the thoughts of other BWFC fans and thank each and everyone of the footballing community for their kind words and thoughts. I'm sure Fabrice and his family will welcome all the spiritual and verbal support at this difficult time....

Thoughts and prayers from Cambridge Utd with Fabrice and his family/friends this evening, incredibly hopeful for positive news in the morning. A very talented young man with his whole life ahead of him, definitely not deserving of this.

Get well soon Fab, stay strong fella.

Spurs fan here.

All I can do is echo the thoughts of everyone else. Just know that we are all with you and we're all Wanderers tonight. Football's the greatest game, it's our game and one of our own is in trouble but we are with him.

C'mon Fabrice, pull through.

Couldn't sleep last night so got up to watch the game, it was 1-1 by then and looked a great game then Fabrice went down, shocked to say the least. I though the fans were fantastic in their respect for what was happening, also ESPN for their sensitive coverage of the event.

Great thanks to all the medics and paramedics who saved his life, I just hope that there isn't any long term brain damage from the time that he wasn't beathing and probably wasn't with us any more.

My thoughts go out to his family, all Bolton satff, all supporters anf of course Fabrice himself. Keep fighting mate.

In God we trust!!!

Thanks also to all the fans who have posted on here from around the world and from all teams, it just shows that there is some humanity left in the World after all.

Depression is just a state of mind, supporting Bolton is also a state of mind hence supporting Bolton must be depressing QED

Absolutely awful news. One can only hope and pray that he does make a full recovery. Must be awful for his family. Thoughts with them and everyone connected with him. 8)

Another Arsenal fan here, in a different time zone, who's woken up this morning to this terrible news.

I just joined to say that what others have already - at times like this, all of us can do nothing but wish for Fabrice's recovery and a chance for him to spend a long and happy life with his family, ideally with the chance to play football again.

At a time like this Bolton and its fans must be going through hell as well - stay strong and I hope your support for Fabrice and his family will see a happy outcome. Relations weren't great between our teams at one stage, but successive loans for Wilshere and Ryo have shown for us what a great team you are, both in terms of footballing attitude and decency. I hope Fabrice gets a chance to have a great career for you in the Premiership.

Respect also to our old rivals. Spurs fans and players, alongside those from Bolton, showed that, no matter what the affiliation, football fans are some of the best people around. Respect and concern shown at a very difficult time for the player, his family and his club.

Wow, thank you to everybody in the football community for their support, it means so much.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Fabrice.
Who's that coming up the hill boys,
The Wanderers are coming up the hill boys,
They all laugh at us, they all mock at us,
They all say our days are numbered,

Born to be a Wanderer, victorious are we....

Liverpool and Preston North End fan here. Football is irrelevant tonight as we all are united in our support for a young man and father who has lived an extraordinary life so far, and this will not be the end. He's going to fight on, and everyone will be behind him cheering him on. Tomorrow match against Stoke for Liverpool seems so tiny and nothing to be excited about, but I'm sure both Liverpool and Stoke fans will be remembering Fabrice and his fight throughout the match. YNWA, Fabrice.

I would also like to say how wonderful the Bolton and Spurs players, staff and fans were last night, each and everyone of them was a credit not only to football, but to humanity. Everyone is proud of you all.
