The main issue I'd say is leg strength. It probably takes a long time just to get your leg ready for the wear and tear of 90 mins and some of the strong impacts it would take during that time. Kicking, jumping, tackling, getting tackled etc.

Shame. He seemed to be ahead of schedule after Christmas. One of my biggest regrets if we do go down would be not being able to see Stu and Lee at their best this season. Fairly sure they'd have made a difference. Unfortunately it turned out most of our good play last season rested on the Stu fulcrum.
