Oh, this is a nice, nice feeling. Five to go and....let's have another one....Buxton throw and....they clear as Wollery limps. To come back from down is pretty impressive again whatever the league. Cole, Grant and...we clear and...it's a gola kick us. Howard wallops with surely not much time left....Cole tries a sally, we clear and....oh, how that third goal would make it easier. Throw us and....and.....Cole hits a riser that Howard watches it over. COME ON WHITES.....

Moxey, Woolery loses out and....mic man rants about scores from outer spoace. Davies, Wilkinson, Davies, Spearing, and the little fella gets us a free kick and McLoughlin goes in the book. 3 mins mic man says and and....Wilkinson and Spearing use the corner. Two throws us and.......and.......and.........free kick them and....they sally and....we get a throw and.....a mad rush sees it over the bar as the ref makes the 3 mins into 4 and.......and......5 mins and...
Played four, won four, points 12.....YEAH........

Actually got a manager who can change things at half time. Considering how awful we were first half that was a great second half performance

to be fair - Lennon used to change things at half time... it was bad - then it changed for the worse!jetsetwilly wrote:Actually got a manager who can change things at half time. Considering how awful we were first half that was a great second half performance

Good job Vela didn't accept any of those lifts to Wigan.

People were harsh to call our first half disgraceful. We did not play well but for me we tried to do too much in midfield.
Second half we put balls over the top for Woolery and the simpler style got us back in.
Credit to Vela. Brilliant finish and he was my man of the match out on the right hand side. Superb game from him.
