The lucky b*stards.

0 points from Chelsea and Liverpool, and we played well in both games.
Troll and proud of it.

I hate playing Liverpool.

You know what will happen every time, all the big decisions will go against you and they will win but you let yourself build up the false hope that this time it will be different.

Whats worse is any sense of injustice you feel is futile as Blatter/Platini and all the t0ssers at FIFA will never alow anything that changes the staus quo to happen.

Any way happy Fukcing new year!

bolton weren't really in it once the ref decided that Torres could push a player in the face and not be even be booked - let alone sent off - and that he could kick the ball away - again without recourse to punishment.

Torres should have gone for putting his hand in Cahill's face and Cole was offside when the cross came in and when the ball got to him. Another couple of top four decisions from a linesman and a ref!

What do we have to do to get anything at Liverpool, its a joke but I aint laughing

And by the way Alonso has a very long way to go, we did well playing with only three defenders and having to carry Alonso.
Depression is just a state of mind, supporting Bolton is also a state of mind hence supporting Bolton must be depressing QED

How the fxxk did we lose that. Am I losing it in thinking the ref missed a handball...again? Our second half was a lie down to their passing game; two soft goalswhen it was obvious they'd just lift it towards the back post. Am I being unfair to us, or just well-pxxsed off at referees? All we'll see now is how Woy and Liverpool are back on winning track, just like the Chelsea game. I wouldn't have expected much at season start from either game..we should have won both.

It's his prem debut... what are you expecting ? Ashley feckin' Cole?
fwiw I thought he struggled positionally first half and than had a decent second half... especially when on a booking..
Fair play the cross came off his wing.. but that's as much if not more Petrov's problem...

Not so, unless the top of a shoulder from a falling player is handball.

we'd get heavily fined and have points deducted - that's what always happend when teams make 8 changes to their lineup in the Premiership...

he wasn't falling!!! he was on his knees - he lunged forward - a deliberate movement and it hit his upper arm (not his shoulder) - the same place John Terry made contact with the ball in the last game...

I'd expect him to be better than J'Lloyd considering he's probably the most expensive left-back in the club's history (How much was Robbie Elliott?). He'll improve though hopefully.

We were unlucky and deserved a point, though without really ever playing well. Had a decent five minute period in the second half.

Why Petrov insists on shooting from 40+ yards out I'll never understand. Waste of time.

I can agree that it was his debue and that it was in a difficult game first up but he didn't play well in my opinion and is a long way off being Premiership standard. It's not a matter of giving the kid a break its about speaking the truth as I saw it today. He also didn't show anywhere near as much pace as I was led to believe he had from what was said when he was signed.

Agree about Petrov though as I wouldn't have taken Taylor off as he was covering for Alonso quite well.

fair enough, we'll agree to differ, think yer a bit harsh on the bloke... we gave Elmander 3 seasons to get going ... I think we can give Moreno a bit more slack
