Or "Justifiably looked upon with incredulity, coz if he's a proper Premiership player then WtW is incorrect about my Auntie Maggie who, whilst not being quite as athletic, was, without doubt, more composed on the ball".

Are you taking the piss? Pratley is nowhere near in the league of Holden. Adding one trait to Pratley's game wouldn't make him Holden standard.

And when have we seen Pratley shoot and score anyway?

Come on, we know it's possible to make Daniel Braaten look like a world-beater using YouTube.

Hands up anyone who has ever seen Darren shoot and score in person?

And to answer the point above... Pratley is not a scapegoat. He seems like he's a decent bloke who probably has his level elsewhere. It's not his fault he's in the team.

But this is not a load of seal dribbles, it's a video of actual goals.

He's probably out of his depth in this league I agree. But I do think he's got an eye for a goal. You can see it in his movement.

I've told you ... this isn't Darren Pratley. It's his brother.

Still cheaper than Tamir Cohen.

Wenger's tantrum when Tamir scored the winner against Arsenal in the 89th minute justified every penny we spent. (Right, Eddy?)

I compared him to Nolan way back when. Then both run beyond the front men and get into great positions. It's just a shame Pratley is gash. He makes good runs, it's just his first touch takes him to the corner flag. Difference, massive difference between them is technical. Kevin Nolan technically is good technically as anyone any of us have seen at the Bok outside Youri, Hierro and Ivan. S'just he ended up as mobile and the last two.

Well no. Like I keep saying he's the only midfielder we have who makes runs into the box and gets into goalscoring positions. Clearly he has some goals in him as evidenced from past performance. And when you watch him, you can see why.

As Pru says, its just a shame he's technically not very good at all.

Good header.

Still comfortably the worst player in a white shirt.

He did feck all but score. But I'm happy with that as long as we score at least 1 more than the opposition.

That's not a mere 'shame' - it's absolutely fundamental.
