Sign him up. Be nice to get it officially done.
Non league that lad. Absolute bobbins. Not fit for Bolton wanderers.
Easy to say that after today's performance. Personally I think he's been decent backup for Randell. Certainly wouldn't think he's the finished article.

We do need cover next season and I had thought we'd seen enough.
Yeah but we need to get real and stop with the ‘flatter to deceive’ flashes being accepted.

When it matters Ogbeta has been absolutely awful. Wouldn’t touch him with a bargepole.

Fair few on our books that are absolute jokes.

OK. We need four players for next season. Who are they, or what types?

We need a lot more than 4 and obviously need an Evatt replacement first.

Santos, Sheehan, Maghoma, Ogbeta, JDB, Jerome, Jones, Nlundulu - for me all will go or should go.

Thats a fair bit of space. Next manager has to recruit primarily based on mentality. We need mentally strong players, ideally who have done it before in some instances.

I’d keep Baxter. I think Toal can play in a back 4, Cogley as well. I’d like to keep Charles and Collins up top. Other than that, I really would like new players for the other positions.

Genuinely gutted Santos, Jones and the likes have another year on their deals. That’s the backbone (or lack of it) we need out of the club.

If we went to a back 4 and Johnstone comes back the same player, then the likes of Santos could become backups, which might prompt them to leave anyway. The players will know how upset folk are from social media and it will be harder for them to rationalise it away as a few haters and some not nice people.

I think Charles will leave now. Deserves a shot higher up.

There will be a wholesale purge. The annual loses cannot be maintained.

From the starting 11

Baxter - gone
Cogley - keep
Jones - gone
Santos - gone
Toal - keep
Ogbeta - sign
Sheehan - gone
Thomasson - stay
Maghoma - gone
Charles - gone
Collins - stay

Bench
Coleman - stay
Iredale - stay
Forrester - stay
Morely - stay
Dempsay - stay
Ade - gone
Jerome - stay
Evatt - gone

Other
Johnston - stay
Williams - stay
Nlundullu - stay
Bodvarsson - gone
Matheson - stay
Ashworth - stay

Then sign 10 mentally strong hard nose players to get us up.

Interesting list. Nlundulu if Evatt goes is surely shown the door unless we get Ainsworth type in who wants to use him as a battering ram.

Agree with most of this. Jones could stay as an RB for me. Nowt else.

I'd be surprised if there's a wholesale change in personnel.

We will have to cash in an some of our assets. There is a business side to our club. Losing 5 million a year is not something any invester wants to put their money in for the love of it. We will not get the 8million extra that the Championship had to offer.. so we have very little choice but to make major changes.

I’d be amazed if there isn’t. If we go into next season with Evatt and a similar squad it’s going to be incredibly grim. I could see it being bottom half.

I don't disagree there should be, I'm just not convinced there will.

Big test for Sharon this summer I suspect. There is no room for sentimentality in football. Needs to be absolutely ruthless.
