Every game I watch the other team have a big standard centre back who commands the defence and heads everything away. We just need one of them and a fit toal to feck off this stupid formation where we carry an extra defender who doesn’t do enough defensively or going forwards. Back to basics 433. Maybe forester and Toal as centre halves I dunno.

Matete has been harshly treated as well. Best player last time by a mile. Probably because he followed instructions the least.

Taking the piss. We need a root and branch, Emperors New Clothes removal programme. We loaned Traff, Bradley and Shortire and decided to build Manchester United. Someone needs to go round every Department on Monday full review, maybe incoroprate Insano, starting with "It's bullshit, I can smell it, convince my I'm wrong"

Change of tactic would be nice.
Persisting with the same tactic throughout is a bit shit.

Absolutely nothing has improved since the ill-advised Vote Of Confidence in Sharon's statement a month ago. It's so blindingly obvious that our problems lie in the system and the way the team are being set up. And yet we persist. Again and again.
This squad of players should be better than the bottom half. But that's our destined position right now unless we actually change something meaningful at the head of the club.
12 months of almost uninterrupted abject shite, and we're still backing the same manager, the same system. It's insane.

Officially now you;re only supposed to have one person off the bench at any given time.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2025 4:44 pmI notice he’s a very lonely figure on the touchline - nobody goes near him now. Nobody else takes ownership for tactics.
