It's the only one I could find on Google Images.
She's nowhere near as good as being made out, but I'd nob her...
I'd shag a rip in a raincoat though, so that gives her zero credit really

Cahill is English so I'd like to think he won't dog us like Elmander

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Bit of a difference.
People were angry with Elmander because he hadn't delivered for 70% of his contract and without Owen Coyle's backing he'd have achieved feck all and likely be moving back to a midtable French team. There was an arguement to be made that he actually owed us something.
Could never make that arguement of Cahill. We paid 5M plus wages and we've had our return on that deal and then some! If we've failed to cash in in time that is our own problem.
Cahill has every right, and he'd be stupid not to, move on on a free if we haven't sold him, he'll have his choice of clubs in England and he'd be stupid to sign another BWFC contract out of feeling he owes us something. He's made no bones about wanting to reach the top of the game both on a club level and international, he won't do that at Bolton. If we don't sell him, whether it's now for 10-12m or in January for probably 4-5m then I don't think anyone would be able to accuse him of walking out on us or being greedy or whatever. Well within his rights to, and if he wants to reach the top of the game, he'd be stupid not to.

Seriously? I thought he's looked class after a shaky first 20 minutes, solid defensive midfielder but can push forward and really lead when necessary.Tals-biggest-fan wrote:My thoughts exactly now they need players....17.5million! plus after watching this frimpong I don't want him! he's shite!CAPSLOCK wrote:Oi, Arsene, you dodgy looking fcuker

Anyway have we even been linked with Frimpong? Am more intrested in watching that spanish lad anyway who's just come on for em. Haven't we been linked with getting him on a season long loan before if cahill was to go.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
By the way it looks like Samba hasn't travelled with the rest of the Blackburn team according to 'sky sources'. I get the feeling he'll join Arsenal over our Gary, Arsene always after the cheaper option.
However Alex from Chelsea has said he'd be happy to join Juve and we all know Chelsea's chief scout John Terry is a big fan.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
We have to have Cahill now, all of our (frankly, crap) central defenders are now injured. wWe only have our one good one bit and he's a bit injury prone too. I fully expect us to buy Cahill (or Jageilka) for no doubt over the odds asap (and if he doesn't, i'm tearing up my Arsene Wenger fan club membership card...)

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
If Arsene buys anyone it'll be Samba because he's cheaper and Venky's want the money.
Cahill is very good for us indeed, but at the same time I was thinking earlier how I can see why a top 4 team might think they can do better. Even Villa did.
Would rather have Cahill than not have Cahill. The thing that torments me is the possibility of him going for free in a year's time. Considering we only paid £5M for him, I guess we'd only have lost that much, whatever it was. A player's only worth what someone will pay and obviously £17M is more than anyone will pay.
Buying someone for £5-8M and them playing very well for 4 years then leaving on a bosman is not as bad as buying someone for £17M then going for free.
I'm sure OC/PG know what they're doing. Could be that they'd rather hang onto him for a year and take the transfer fund hit instead of breaking the wage structure at the club.

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
There are no centre halves as good as him who are available, and he is very good, even though some of us here underate him and dont think he is valued 17 million. He is better than Jagielka, Samba and Dann.
The top teams in need of a good centre back have all taken too long to bid for Cahill. Let them wait until Januray. We need him.
