Edited for accuracy.

One for the future.

The principle remains exactly the same, Daniel. You're disregarding an individual player by dint of his country's ranking. Like I say, would you apply that completely ridiculous logic to say Gareth Bale? What about George Best?
No because they play for northern Ireland and Wales who have produced other great players. Furthermore I should point out that a lot of players now have the opportunity to choose from more than 1 national team as to who they play for. I bet you didn't know that Nani and Ricardo Vaz Te both grew up in Cape Verde.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Fck me ... he's still only 24 !?!?

There is a decade of disappointed support awaiting his ineptness.

You just don't get it do you? I'll try and put it as plain as I can. A national side's ranking is not a reflection as to the ability of any one individual player. Now, I can't think of a more straightforward way of presenting it. If you still can't grasp the concept then there's no more I can do. Well, there is, but it involves me ridiculing you, and I'm trying to be good. ;)

I really like Gabbidon, he is a solid defender. On a separate note I would move further to say that Liberia would beat Andorra/Luxembourg quite comfortably. I think some of our youngster would get in the Andorra/Luxembourg team.

Bruce I think your wrong because if you put Ronaldo or Messi in the Luxembourg team I guarantee you they would beat the likes of Georgia. I guarantee you that this lad gets f**k all playing time and ends up being let go without hardly having featured for us if having started at all. I mean I doubt he is as good as Gregg Wylde. I can see your point but if he was my good then Luxembourg would be doing better.

Don't bother lowering yourself to insults Bruce as I will just ignore them (as I did with one you made earlier) we just have a difference of opinion and insulting me is not going to do anything to change my mind.

Dan ... people I know who have met you tell me you're a nice lad. I have no reason to disbelieve them.

However, there are times when you act like a prize prick. It's nothing to do with having different opinions. I don't know whether you know it when you do it, or whether you are unaware. It seems like you simply can't hold back if you get the chance to be contrary. At least I hope it's that or I fear for your sanity.

Today alone you've decided to accuse Enfield (& all similar) of not being a proper fan because he doesn't bounce around like a demented loon and sing during games. Here you simply fail to see that what nationality someone is necessarily in direct relation to their footballing ability. Somewhere or other you have probably decided a place you've never been to is a shit-hole ... you normally have.

Just once every now and again try to act like you've got a semblance of intelligence.

Dougie Freedman continues to be linked with players at his former club and today Sky Sports has reported that Wanderers are one of a host of Championship clubs assessing the contract situation of former Wales International defender Danny Gabbidon.
until this, that is...
Since this was reported, Bolton News reporter Marc Iles has taken to twitter to quash the rumours.
Q1 do you think his old palace team love dougie as much as he clearly loves them
Q2 if palace hadn't gone up would we have had a lot more of them here, with exception of zaha
Q3 are they by definition the 'better' players we need, better than our (how many are still playing regularly for them /haven't been replaced by the holloway/pulis revolution ?
Q4 how long does it take Dougie to educate his players - I didn't think he was there that long was he ? yet they obviously were educated and showed faith in his methods

Gabbidon would make Zat look like Beckanbauer

Thank you for your advice Bobo, I think you have exaggerated some of the points I have made and I can promise you every place I have described as being a dump I have been to. I am not looking to wind people up despite what many of you think which would therefore suggest that I am not completely with it. Either way I certainly wasent trying to wind anybody on the forum up I was simply stating my opinion which more often that not is contrary to what the majority thinks. The question is do you think I am a loony simply because my opinion is different to what 95% of people on this forum think?

theres always the clauses about not raiding a previous club but think it would be funny if a manager had to take his players with him when he moved to another club, as well as his backroom staff - would create a whole new raft of different benefits and problems

No 1 - would stop big clubs poaching managers from smaller ones

Moritz and Danns? Butterfield for an emergency loan. We've been linked with plenty, but I *think* they're the only ones we've signed.

Lenny Lawrence, Curtis Fleming, Jamie Fullarton.

You might have been.

Who the feck blames anyone for bringing their staff with them? I've seen people blame Coyle for having shit staff, and for not sacking them when it became obvious they couldn't hack it, but not for not walking into a new job without anyone you know.

Now I appreciate your next point is unpredictably *what about Freedman* and fine, but what the f*ck has that got to do with a bored journo with a deadline linking us to players we don't sign.

You seem to be trying to invent reasons to have a pop at Freedman which is, frankly, astonishing given the number of actual and obvious ones.

yep. Accepting the links may be fictitious, we have been linked with a few - hence why I wondered, if we'd have had more of them if they hadn't gone up ....

was trying to inject a bit of surrealist banter but failed... :hang:

I'm merely pointing out the inconsistencies in the arguments put forward.

The bright new dawn we're experiencing seems to be eerily familiar. I don't see why that would make you so angry. And there's no need for me to invent, when its actually happening. He talked of Moritz as some player who he miraculously just happened to sign. In amongst the rafts of bullshit that he'd fundamentally change the way we work. Whilst continuing to do exactly what was done before.

I'll add Lee Turner to that list, by the way, and remove Fullarton. Though he has got Palace connections.
