Exactly bobo. Danns and Feeney are limited but do jobs. Feeney has played well this season so far. He lacks end product but makes runs and has pace. We have nobody else to do that. Danns grafts. Limited yes but we don't have anyone else with Pratley out.

My view is that if we had 11 players willing to work like Danns and Feeney we'd be better off.

Danns grafts (well he runs around !), he creates nothing and gets caught in possession at least 3 times a game, and mainly when we are going forward which then puts us under pressure as we have players out of position, as the opposition counter quickly.

Feeney is a headless chicken, he has pace but no end product and he can't cross a ball and his head goes down very quickly.

Its all about opinions, and everyone is entitled to one but my view is that if we had 11 players like Danns & Feeney we would be relegated by Xmas - if we put them up for sale I doubt many (if any) other championship teams would be in for them, like I've said previously if we want to improve on last season we need better than both of them - however, if a repeat of last season is the target then they will just about do.

If Danns left us, he'd have to drop a division, as he wouldn't get anywhere near another championship side. That's worrying for me, that we've got some players in our team who aren't even Championship standard

Worrying but not surprising. We're probably paying wages equivalent to league one level in some cases.

Shouldn't be too dogmatic about formations. Of course 3-5-2 can work. But you need the right blend for it to do so.

Using Liverpool game as an example though worries me as it basically was a rearguard back 5. And we defended very well but that won't translate across all that many games.
