Exactly, it's not like the Mackems are playing for anything so why not?truewhite15 wrote:Well, that's the end to the faint Euro dream. Coyle was clearly setting up the team to have a look at those out of contract at the end of the season, and it doesn't sound like many of them impressed. Wheater is NOT a right back.
If this is gonna be the theme until the end of the season, then lets have a look at Connolly, Vela, Eaves and Obadeyi in the next 2 games. Stick the first team back out vs City, see if we can't get a result.
Pfffft.

I guess I can say I'm not surprised. We're always shite at Dingles, and it seems like we're shite at the end of a season (unless we're looking at relegation...), but... Today was just miserable. It's one thing if we play like that and we're using a bunch of reserves; you can forgive them. But as so many have said, the boys are already on holiday and it's effing embarrassing. That said I love being a White.

I'm currently windmilling all comers in blackburn wetherspoons
It's the first battle we've won all day
Bogdan was a fair selection but leaving the other two out raises questions that need answering
How he thought them two were a good call for centre midfield God only knows
Defies belief
Without Sturridge we'd have gone down

Horrendous all round, Moreno's felt like our only shot?
Really dislike that the abuse for Elmander was back in full swing, those booing him off because he can't win a header against Samba - just fvck off.
Sorry Riccy, thanks & good luck.

Our lot seem determined to embarass us as many times as possible before the end of the season.

It's the same old story : club needs a win + Bolton = nailed-on win
Re: Jackburn v Bolton Match Thread
A few knees being jerked here, it seems.
makeshift right back, a near entire reserve midfield and two fellas up front who were in aerial battles against a back four of monsters and not given much help.
I was surprised that Alonso wasn't drafted in and Robinson moved to RB. Wheater did not look comfortable there. At all.
Annoying to lose to Blackburn, as always, but forgive me if I don't jump off Beachy Head just yet.
