A Moxey effort's deflected over for another corner. Now a throw and eleven mins as the subs enter. Pratley off and Moxey too.

Aye, double sub again - Prats and Mox off again with 10 minutes plus injury time to go.

This'll turn out to be a "If only we had strikers that could score" game.jaffka wrote:this is it now, we are going to do this

Clayton has an early do, then here we come again and get our 200th corner. Now is the time and....cleared, but back they come, then us again. And......a load of Bury/Rochdale babble then meanwhile back on planet earth at the real game.......MacN, Davies, and......another corner.
And.....bags of pressure as the homers start screeching. Charlton Sub as they bring the team bus on with five to go.

Sounds like the efforts there, if not the understanding of where players are going to be. Given time you would hope that it will click into action. Credit to the players for giving it a good go.

Spearing hammers one just wide and.....surely we can do this and get a point.......Still we press and they're holding on and........Beckford, the eternal bridesmaid in nearly land again. And....and...throw in and.....more nearly stuff after good work by Danns. Surely we deserve a point, Five mins added as Beckford wins a free and.....more crap about all the neighbours from the commentators and......still we try. No more Radio Manc for me. And.....this sounds like a real fighting performance as we get a late free kick and......Soooooo near.

Totally undeserved loss.
Completely dominated yet it's the same old story. We cannot finish.

Chungy and Danns and Clayton and Mills and Spearing and.......Danns and.....Charlton clear and break but fire one into space. That's it. 2-1. Hard luck and a much better feel. No disgrace in an away game.

FT. As per usual we play Charlton off the park. Shame we haven't got the goal scoring sorted as we could've cleaned up today.
Re: Peeters and Lee - Charlton (a) 21/10/14
Oh well, bad defending again but a fighting effort til the end according to SSN man. 3 points out of 6 and a winnable home game coming up, I'm still happy.

Re: Peeters and Lee - Charlton (a) 21/10/14
Stats on Bolton Wanderers player are saying
Shots on target: Charlton 2 Bolton 4
Shots off target: Charlton 2 Bolton 14
Corners: Charlton 1 Bolton 14
Looks like we should've finished this game off. Ah well.
