Northampton Town youngster Ivan Toney is a target for a number of Sky Bet Championship clubs, including Bolton, Wolves and Norwich, according to FLW sources.

The 19-year-old was linked with a move to Wolves in the January transfer window, but Cobblers top scorer Marc Richards advised him to stay with the League Two side until the end of the season.

Toney has scored a number of goals for the Cobblers this term, and is estimated to be worth around £500,000.

FLW understands that Bolton are the early favourites to sign Toney after Neil Lennon released thirteen players, including forwards Jermaine Beckford and Craig Davies.
