Re: Freedman out!
So all that has gone before was fine tweaking to get the balance right.
Now with Moritz fit, MD due back, and a new striker on the way we can look forward to an exciting second half of the season as we climb the ladder peaking just at the right time for the play-offs.
Well done Douginho!
I knew you knew what you were doing all along.

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

Re: Freedman out!
I find it SICKENING - literally - that so many people are changing their fickle tune on Douglas.
WAKE UP SHEEPLE!!!!11!!!
He's won two - yes, just two - games on the trot.
Let's wait until at least Februrary before judging him. If - and it's a big IF -we're still on a winning run then, I will have no hesitation in joining the "Freedman Out!" brigade.
Until then, have faith that his flirtation with mid-table mediocrity is but a blip in our steady decline.
I need a drink.

On my current FM game Bolton are bottom of the league and dougie has just been sacked. He was replaced by Alex McLeish.
A terrifying thought.

Re: Freedman out!
not in the right thread really.
saw this table in saturdays paper - the article was about arsenal & utd, but of course couldn't help noticing what it meant for us (besides even more mocking for me from stoke fans)
we should've stayed up - perhaps we really weren't as bad as everyone now makes out

Re: Freedman out!
nevermind , there's always next week....
theydve stayed up if theydve sacked coyle after either newcastle @ home , or the norwich game when he subbed muamba for no reason.
once he retired , mr. clappyhandsman had no scapegoat , and it went even more wayward .
they should never have been anywhere near going down.

Bottom table seems to say Stoke got 19 points through debatable decisions...
And we were second biggest beneficiaries with 8...
But the "real" [sic] table has Stoke 15 points worse off than they actually were... And us on the same as the oh-so-debatable actuality.
Who decides what's debatable?

Hmm, a debate about what's debatable?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:

I'd like to see that.
Chappers, Robbie Savage, Steve Claridge and Colin Murray to host.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Yeah, I'll drag it up again. Get rid now!!
Re: Freedman out!
Anything other than a win over Donny then he should be gone. This just isn't good enough, and unlike last season I don 't see it getting any better. I don't thin k he can get us up, and I don't think we'll ever play anything like attacking football under him. He's been there a year, the results are getting worse, all-important home form is dire, and the style of football is horrible to watch. Fans are giving up, the already poor atmosphere has disappeared. He doesn't have a management track record to suggest he can do anything about it.Il Pirate wrote:Yeah, I'll drag it up again. I'm firmly in the out camp now, didn't want to be , but not kidding myself any longer.
