He was clearly unsettled today, his head has been turned. This transfer is certain to go through now, absolutely no doubt.

If so, I hope it can be done and dusted on Monday, so we can reinvest the money and get a replacement in.ferrarif50hunt wrote:He was clearly unsettled today, his head has been turned. This transfer is certain to go through now, absolutely no doubt.

No more likely than yesterday morning.ferrarif50hunt wrote:He was clearly unsettled today, his head has been turned. This transfer is certain to go through now, absolutely no doubt.
It will go through if/when Arsenal stump up an acceptable amount of money. End of.

Mirror says we are going back in with £12 mil bid, rising to possibly £15mil appearances etc dependant. Seems more reasonable to me.jimbo_bwfc wrote:No more likely than yesterday morning.ferrarif50hunt wrote:He was clearly unsettled today, his head has been turned. If, that's the case then that's a bit better. I know Cahill didn't play especially well yesterday but I agree he's had his head turned. We need to reinvest that cash quick, The People has us investing that cash in OnouhaGooner Girl wrote:Mirror says we are going back in with £12 mil bid, rising to possibly £15mil appearances etc dependant. 12 mil plus add ons would be absolutely fair.If it's going to happen crack on.I hope we have things lined up already.I suppose Boyata may be considered a replacement and Ricketts will be back so possibly this cash may be spent on strikers not defenders now.
Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Onouha is a must though. I'd play a back four of Boyata/Onouha/Wheater/Robbo (Can Conolly play there?)Ianmooreslovechild wrote:12 mil plus add ons would be absolutely fair.If it's going to happen crack on.I hope we have things lined up already.I suppose Boyata may be considered a replacement and Ricketts will be back so possibly this cash may be spent on strikers not defenders now.

Ideally yes as Boyata for all the plaudits is young and inexperienced.I was just thinking about the number of players to come back and what has been considered acceptable cover in the past. Our lightest area remains up front where we have zero options and flexibilty.Onouha would be great tho and his pace alongside Wheaters strength would work well.TKIZ! wrote:Onouha is a must though. Anything that doesn't have Knight as part of it can only be a good thingIanmooreslovechild wrote:Ideally yes as Boyata for all the plaudits is young and inexperienced.I was just thinking about the number of players to come back and what has been considered acceptable cover in the past. Our lightest area remains up front where we have zero options and flexibilty.Onouha would be great tho and his pace alongside Wheaters strength would work well.TKIZ! wrote:Onouha is a must though. If you've seen the team line ups for Gooners at OT then I would expect the transfer to be forthcoming.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
If Cahill signs for Arsenal he'd go from carrying one shower of shite defence to another.
