Just wondering how long it'll take for all these new faces to learn to play with each other as a team. Just a thought.

Not really just know that Spurs want Cahill and have players they want to get rid of in reducing their wage bill. We will need a new cb and bassong would be a good part of the deal for us and them. I am in a way making it up but it wouldnt surprise me if this did happen as Levy is as tight as a duck's ass! :fingers: :conf:

That's an old-fashioned cliche - a load of bollocks too.

They're pro footballers, not a bunch of blokes in a park. 'Gelling' is a myth.

Really? Judging by Arseanl on Sunday, they played like they barely knew each other.

No, they played like a bunch of reserves against a top team.

Hahaha that is true you always have to have the extra Redknapp hour after all transfer windows shut!

Hmmm, possibly. Don't think that "gelling" is a myth, in my opinion.

I'm almost certain that Cahill will still be a Bolton player come Thursday.

Arsenal are bringing Mertesacker in, Spurs don't have the money, can't see anyone else coming in at this stage.

Regardless, we're not swapping Cahill for Spurs reserve XI, Boyata isn't a right-back, Alonso is injured and Wheater is Zat Knight.

Be interesting to see where we go with Cahill from here, given Coyle publically questioned his professionalism over the weekend.

He is, purely for the fact he isn't scared of footballs.

You best tell Owen Coyle that then, I think he may disagree with you!

Agreed, but he's still more Zat than Cahill, sadly.
