They are there for the taking with their midfield slaughtered by injuries .. 1-2 Bolton (Sturridge and LCY)

They've lost one at home all season.

Can't see better than a draw, but think we're going to lose.

3-1 Spurs. :-(

They've still got sh*tloads up front, despite having a depleted midfield and defence. We're struggling for somebody to hit the target. Spurs will open this game up and hope to 'outgun' us.. which they will

An 'entertaining' 2-1 to them

Think we might nick a 1-1, Spurs can't defend and we can't score, should be interesting!

Not a lot of people came out of that thread with much credit. Calling someone a tw@t for perhaps over-zealously arguing the shocking position that 'the ol' P word' (as it shall now be known) is a horrendous one seems a bit OTT.

Y'anyways, getting away from that argument and on to the ol' football (as it shall now presumably be known), I like your optimism. I wish I shared it. We'll get stuffed. And some poor bastards will have payed £40odd quid for the priveledge, before travel. Shithouses. I don't think I've ever mentioned it, but I f*cking hate Spurs.

We've got to get away from the " a good time for us to play them because they've only a goalie, four fit players, four reserves, the manager and the teal lady" mentality. We need to play their full-strength sides otherwise we're beaten bfore we start. Steinsson did a number on Bale last time, so let him do it again. The rest is up to us but hoping for injuries to weaken sides will get us nowhere..

... ah, but Bale's injured.

Shall we wait for him to get better T ??
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

So is Steinsson. I've no idea what happens now. I think a black hole just opened up somewhere.

They will have their minds on the Champions League...

I still think they will have too much though. At the Reebok I'd fancy it.

What to do with Davies though - he usually scores v Spurs, but if I were picking the team it would be a 4-5-1 with someone else up top on the basis he is crap at the moment and needs a rest. I'd actually like to see Klasnic back in the team, even after watching us v York (I'm assuming he was injured). The man gets goals, and the other 2 can't buy one at the moment. Still in a 4-5-1 he'd struggle I guess, but maybe not with support from Mark Davies/Chungy/Taylor.....I'd like to see it before deciding, can we have a practice half?

Might be an idea, but didn't know. Harry takes em all to Lourdes the day before they play us. I thought Steinsson had recovered?

I think he kicks the shite out of him in the stands after the game...

It's looking like this a good time to play them. They've got loads of injuries, didn't get the striker they wanted, defence is shattered, we've absolutely definitely turned the corner, best striker ever on loan. We've got the chance to do 2 doubles in 4 days.

4-1 them. It'll be terrible. I'll be close to tears. People on here will bitch and moan. Go Bolton!

Not so sure. Happy Harry will be desperate to get the points and we mightjust be able to exploit them on the breaks. Not the one to drop Davo as he always does well against them.
