Well, at the moment anyway, I'm right pissed off. I was intending to watch, record - or both - the game (it's on about 0100 here). On quizzing my FOXTEL satellite link I found that the match will only be available on Setanta (I've probably mis-spelt that, but you'll probably know what I mean). Anyway it means that I'd have to pay extra for the privilege. I'm sorry Mr Murdoch but, keen as I am, you're getting no more spondoolies out of me. Bastards!

Sacrifices are hard. It's not as if people are quiting their jobs and flying half way across the world just for the one match!

He'll have it on, grumbling about the poor turn out...

Got my ticket, can't wait.

However, my 2 week old is ill with an infection (not serious but lot of crying).

Do I still go to the game and risk the years of earache from the missus, or do I watch on TV and regret it forever?

Don't understand the dilemma unless you're an ENT Doctor.

ENT?

I would happily go, just that my missus might not understand and I will get grief forever more

Ear Nose and Throat - for some bizarre reason I read ear infection, even though you hadn't written ear infection. :D

You will not get grief for ever more.

Get on with it and man up. You can do nothing particularly about the infection...

I've got the same feeling in the pit of my stomach that I had before the Watford and Boro games.

We're doomed and domed.

80/20 in favour of going right now. Will see how he is tomorrow.

Done enough good deeds over the past 2 weeks to have earned a few hours pass out
