Can't see Boggers, Wheater, Ream, Mears, Lee, Holden, Eagles or probably NRC going. Makings of a decent team. Fooked if we don't come back first time though!

Aye, our main barrier to success next season will be plank of a chairman employing plank of a manager/coaching staff for too long!

NRC might do.

Rest I'd agree with, which says everything about our lack of quality.

And we are still relying on Holden coming back, which may not happen.

Honestly will be surprised if Lee and Holden are here. I'll maybe be surprised if either.
N'Gog will be around too. Surely Sordell also.
Alonso will go ok in the Champ IMO.

We won't come back up for at least 3 years if we go down.
Stick with Coyle, who else are we going to get who will be better in the Championship?

Is that the same chairman who has given us a decade of Premier League football?

You've lived in Yorkshire too long. :)

Quite right. I like Gartside. Was being flippant.

He has had his head stuck in the sand this season though.

Might be blindingly obvious but i've always got the feeling Gartside has had no choice but to stick with Coyle this season, perhaps this is due to financial constraints or some other factor we're not wise to but I wonder how much Saint Owen has really tested his patience this season with some of his selections.

I suspect more that they genuinely believe in his long term plan.....

Nothing wrong with that. It's his short-term planning that sh*ts me up.

Aye and if you can't get the short term right, the long term may go just as pear shaped....

Even if most of the out-of-contracts go and we don't sign anyone new our side looks decent for the championship. I guess it's just the prospect of losing some players who aren't out-of-contract, I'm mainly thinking of NRC, Holden and LCY. Even so, a few frees and I think we'll def be top half at least.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

I just don't see anyone coming in for those players with an amount that would make it worth us selling them.

True, the LCY/Holden injuries probably mean they aren't going anywhere. Not sure about NRC, prob depends if he'll improve anyone's EPL squad.

There's no way we're coming back up when we need to score three goals per game just to offset the three we'll let in.
Unless he does something about our defence, I fear another relegation battle.
