Nicholson made a go of it in Division 1, so away with you

And I reckon Brown ran off with your bird

Or something

Nicholson lacked the ability to make a go of it even when he played for Park Utd in the West Lancs League, and Brown even made a baddun out of the once promising Nicky Hunt, so shit was he!

Ah, so the 40 year old Nicholson embarressed the 25 year old Bruce

Its coming out, now

I can't stand Brown, but he was functional and a good captain

Scott was a Burnley tosser

He embarrassed everyone - and not in a good way. The worst thing I've ever seen on a football pitch. Well, other than for Paul Gascoigne's hair extensions.

I was just wondering if we were going to include any of the January transfer window players, otherwise just copy & paste from the last thread..!

Maybe 25 then. I only remember Banks out of that lot, as in remember having an opinion about him, and he wasn't first choice then.
Allardyce chose Banks over Jussi

Anyway, I'll play

Peacock or Poole - no other fcukers will be considered, as these two were in a class of their own...except kevin pass me a milk crate Rose

Scott
Deakin
Mike Doyle
Keeley

Storer
Joyce
Henshaw
Brookman

Moores
Morgan

Some of these duffers had decent careers but on how they performed for us and at the level they did it, it'd take some shite to be worse
Stuart Storer, a sprinter with a terrible tache. he'd have been better off turning out for Bolton Harriers, no idea what to do with a ball. Anyone criticising De Ridder on Saturday should be made to watch a fiull match video of Storer and then apologise.

And don't be too harsh on Kevin Rose, must've been tough living in the shadow of Dave 'The Cat' Felgate's perm.

Despite his recent resurgence, Pratters deserves a mention.

Right Back - Phil Brown.
Come on, Brownie was one of our best players and one of the few good things Phil Neal brought to the club.

I remember when we played United in the FA Cup and all the talk was about how some new kid on the block called Lee Sharp was going to destroy him.

Sharp never got a sniff. Brownie was on him from the first whistle and if the ball went out for a throw he'd go and get it and give it to the Man United Wunderkind as if to say 'Here, touch the ball now because when it's back in play...'

Nah, Brownie was a great player for the Wanderers and a great captain too.

Now Phil Neal at full back - that's a different kettle of fish.
I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.
