And Mark Davies!
Who's this Andews fella I hear about?
... & Riley.

blimey. That's half a team out. A very ill balanced team but nonetheless.
Sounds like a Coyle team that!

All these players coming back will be like new signings, we don't need many players but we could do with a new striker and sign Dawson.

Don't worry, he will be signing a new contract. Might not be a Bolton one though 8)

Not sure why you think it's tongue in cheek? He's basically saying he wants some money.

More I see him and hear him, more he strikes me as Allardyce mk2.

I reckon he's taking the piss out of Coyle, who claimed he had his preferred players regardless of division 8)

Just meant this line, BWFCi: “You can see by my fancy sun tan that I’ve been away trying to get an idea on a couple of players for both divisions,” :)

In the summer if we get promoted...
New goalkeeper (both are not good enough at premiership level)
2 new centre backs (knight needs to go & Dawson won't sign with us)
new left back (if Alonso leaves.. if he stays then he'll be are LB)
new right back
Spearing signed perm... Andrews sold
Ngog sold... a striker who can score goals signed....

Lonergan could cut it I think. Boggers could too, if he was consistently confident.

Alonso wasn't good enough last season, not sure if he has improved or he is just better at this level.

If promoted, I could see Dawson signing, and I'd love to see Spearing stay too.

Wouldn't sell Ngog just yet, but a proper finisher is definitely necessary.

Mavies, Wheats, Vela and Holden (hopefully at his best) to come back yet. Should have a decent midfield at least next season regardless of which league we are in.

ffs Tal .... stop with the forward thinking !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

A footnote to 'Worthy's better class of transfer thread':

When he confidently struck today's penalty into the back of the net, Craig Davies more than paid off the £300,000 fee for me. What a big goal that was.

I'm surprised we haven't seen more of Rob Hall to be honest? Spammers fans expect big things from this young man

Was thinking about this today in college... I'd love for us to have a go at trying to get this Adam Le Fondre from Reading... shown he knows where the net is....

...and scored a fair few for Rochdale, Rotherham and Reading. But neither McDermott nor Adkins have trusted him to start many games in the top flight... not a rounded player, perhaps?

They see him as a 'super sub'... and see that lank of shite Pogrebnyak as the main man... I've never been one to care who a player supports aslong as they give it 100%
