I was going to mention that in the Boggers out for 5 weeks thread, but thought it best I stay quiet in case I get burned as a witch. But now everybody seems pleased because it's giving the Lonners a chance I might own up... 8)

A good example of what I posted elsewhere. Head down, eyes lowered. His body language is very poor. I don't think even HE believes in himself these days.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

If you're gonna go in for some pop-psychoanalysing, I suggest you do a control experiment by checking a video interview from when he was top of the league with Palace. See if he's cartwheeling round the room telling jokes and handing out toffees.

Aye he's always come across like that.

I don't know about being down or dour, but I do know it looks like somebody's twatted him. He's got a black eye. (fading, but black nonetheless)

Interesting interview explains why Wheater suddenly disappeared from the first team picture and also why Hall is not starting regular, he thinks he should be stronger. I think it is a very cautious approach with Hall looks like the kid is ready to me I think he should be started for the next few games now Feeney has departed.

If Eagles decides to turn up he is our best player however, not seen the up for it Eagles since the first game of the season. Against SW he looked very uninterested and contributed nothing, which is a shame as he can be a game changer when his head is in the right place. I think it will be the same team apart from the enforced changes with either Hall or CYL taking over the right wing? duties.

The game itself is similar to last weekend a team struggling away from home and as usual we will probably gift them at least one goal, therefore we need at least 2 to win. I am hoping for a good performance at hope and hopefully this will bring the much needed win COYWM!!!

See, I thought that neither Eagles nor Feeny contributed much against Wednesday because we didn't get the ball out wide nearly enough (which DF claimed in his after-match interview that we did, so once again me and him were at a different game).

At substitution time when he was putting Chungy on, I'd have taken Danns off (he did play but I doubt there's any footage) and pushed Eagles into the middle. Instead he swapped Feeny for Chungy, one for one, so took one player off that wasn't getting any service and replaced him with another.

That was my view as well. Playing with 2 genuine wingers but making no attempt to use them. At least Eagles came inside once or twice looking for the ball. Problem is, when he did he gave it away and just stood there leaving the left hand side completely open with an incompetent Baptiste to deal with the charging Wednesday attacks. Hall looked like a lost little boy.

Anyway, missing the match tomorrow... shan't even be able to get Radio Tango. So a quick COYWM is called for.

I'm assuming someone will post how we should have appointed Mick "Mick" McCarthy at some point in this thread

I can't believe I'm writing this, but for the first time in years I just can't motivate myself to drive to the Bok to watch today. I'm not sure whether to be disappointed in myself or write it off with a shrug.
