About the same time as we'll see a fully fit Moritz then. It'll be a like signing an entirely new midfield.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Which will be good, as we're really short there.

(well, Spearing and Medo are really short at any rate).

I'll take a half-fit Moritz coming on to score our fourth every week... Maybe Dougie might too.

Anyways, I did like this from Holden on Friday:

"Derby day tom v Blackburn! Get down there!!! Best moment in my career came in this game and still drives me on! #coyw"

Aye that made em smile too!

He's playing for the U-21s tomorrow. Dougie says he's slightly changed his running style, which I'm sure some will love.

Ha! I definitely read him being quoted as saying Holden had slightly changed his running style, but there's a B(E)N article from Iles quoting him as saying he's 'completely' changed it. Would link bit am on phone.

Excellent.

I admit THAT is what I was thinking of.

Or that he's learnt to run by keeping his knees together and sort of flicking his lower legs outward windmill style, while his arms are tight to his body with hands flapping outward.

I hope he's rewarded for his struggle. Would be great to see him back in the shirt and enjoying football in good nick again.

Bolton Wanderers FC ‏@OfficialBWFC 3m
Holden plays a sweeping pass out to White, but then clutches his right knee. (20) 0-0 #BOLvEVE

Holden is back jogging around the field again now. Few subs warming up. Looks as if he's continuing for now. (22) 0-0 #BOLvEVE

Holden is down on the turf again after reaching for a loose ball. Doesn't look good. (26) 0-0 #BOLvEVE

Can't see him ever being as strong as he once was.

And that's the end of Holden's night. Good news is he was back on his feet and able to jog from the field. (27) 0-0 #BOLvEVE

He MUST have shown the club that he has the ability to run, stop, turn, tackle, be tackled and kick a ball before they contemplated letting him out there, Shirley to God ??

How do they go through what I imagine is intensive training only to be injured so easily?
