I really like Gethin but can't see why you'd put him at LWB over John or Williams. Still, IE knows best.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 2:00 pmSame back three; Geth goes LWB; Shola at 10 behind Victor and Dion.

I completely understand (and partially share) the reservation but I guess he's more solid. John has proven porous and Randy is a fairly unknown quantity. Evatt knows he will get diligence and cover from Gethin, and presumably also felt that the bonus of having Bradley back was worth the slight loss of having a non-native left-footer on that side.

That's quite a healthy bench we have today. No fat-men with flags or tea ladies there.(-:

I would've kept John at LWB but he may be thinking of giving him the full match against Accy. Its a sensible option as Gethin can do left or right.
Either way a fresh John would be good attacking option but may be more or a target for the big lumps from Wycombe.

Aye, one could say that three substitute wingbacks is more than plenty.knobpolisher wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 2:47 pmGood point re keepers, hadn't noticed it .

Interesting to have their LWB booked in minute 1 for a yellow on Bradley....
