Anyone got any idea what's gone on with Marc Iles? Apparently he dropped off the radar half way through the Accy game and all the reporting since has been Dan and a "trainee" reporter.

He was complaining about bad watching from the Press Box at Accy?

He’s on holiday this week. And somehow got locked out of his Twitter to boot. I think he was covering Accy got locked out. He tweeted from main BN Twitter account to say that.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Sat Feb 25, 2023 8:54 amAnyone got any idea what's gone on with Marc Iles? We'll shit em today. But just in case someone else will need to take up the brew making mantle as I'll be somewhere in the Scottish Highlands

Can go one of two ways this. Can be buoyed by Wednesday or it could be after a bit ‘after the lords mayor show’.
It’s a big game for PV with a good following which makes it dangerous if we aren’t ‘at it’.
Hard team selection to get right too with lots of options coming back in. Want to have fresh legs but don’t want to lose all momentum from Wednesday.

Quite happy with that team, Dion does need a bit of a rest but we have plenty of options from the bench today (unlike on Wednesday)

Dunno why but I feel Williams is slowly getting into it and up to speed.

Only three teams have scored more set piece goals than Vale - although we are only one behind them.
And indeed only Accy have scored fewer from open play.
On the flip, only three teams have conceded more from set pieces.

Nice use of rotation for the squad. Main fixtures were clearly last Tuesday vs Accy and on the following Tuesday so fielding Soretire, Adeboyejo, Williams, etc. is a nice use. Thankfully it doesn't seem like we're weakening the squad..

Face up hill. 1-0 them.

Urgh, 1-0 down. No 10th clean sheet in a row at home sadly. Seems a poor one to concede.
We're still in the happy days mindset of Tuesday night. Wakey wakey.

None of the back three did well there, and this just after a warning. Very poor.
