Well, I did tell you that yesterday......bobo the clown wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/11 ... ds/?ref=mr
Well, it seems they ARE entitled to a fee. They are after £320k and we've baulked at it.
I'm guessing it may get resurrected, if not now then in the summer IF DF is still here & if no-one else has taken him on.
Meanwhile, question remains ... is he a full back or a centre-half.
So, which defender will we not sign next ?

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Loans: They're called "Emergency" loans when they're outside the two 'permanent' transfer windows. Inside those, "Standard" loans are either till January or June; outside, they can be ye olde-style loans of one, two or three months - hence up to 93 days. There are also Youth loans, which have different rules. As usual, the rules are online: http://www.football-league.co.uk/regula ... 2125731#53" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Glad to see Odelusi go to a third-tier club challenging for promotion, he needs a run to come back ready for possible first-team duties next year. Less impressed that Bolger has only gone to a fourth-tier club, albeit one also battling for promotion. Obviously he impressed the locals when he went to Colchester.
Pity about Dyrestam. Next... wonder which PL loanees he's eyeing up? We need someone...

Re: Abdoulaye's going t'Souk transfer thread
From a BEN report on out of contract players I picked up on this.
I then went and had a lie down before coming back to it, convinced that ion this occasion I'd see that I misread it. It appears I hadn't ...

Bolger starts for Southend, as do Eaves for Shrewsbury, Wilkinson for Torquay and Craig Davies for Preston (KD on bench).
Speaking of benches: Sordell's there for Charlton, Andrews for Brighton, and Odelusi is one of only four on the MK Dons bench (https://twitter.com/MKDonsFC/status/437229041436090368" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Do they need any more players?

Today is your reason for why we want 53 day Mason. Questions remain over why we used him how we did, but absolutely not over why we wanted him to start with. Shame we'll be against him next year. If he could finish he'd be frightening!

Re: Abdoulaye's going t'Souk transfer thread
Just for info ... Cardiff gave Kevin McNaughton a 12 month contract extension last week. He'd been due to be out of contract in the summer. Now the summer after.
A shame for us, but well done to him.

Well, he's a proper full back ... but he's played 19 so far this year. It'd be an odd one to let go, unless Pulis doesn't rate him.jaffka wrote:This Dean Moxey rumour is going again. End of the season.

Nice to see Mason proving me wrong over the weekend and getting on the scoresheet. Have to think Dougie had a little something to do with that by playing two up top instead of leaving Mason isolated, which was often a problem in his first stay here.

According to Nixon Mills and Pratley are both out injured for some time.
Fecks sake! Are we ever going to have anything other than bad luck piled upon more bad luck?

Mills would be a big miss. After spending most of the summer and early autumn trying to get rid of him our leader has managed to see that there's some ability there.
If he is out is that Wheater with Knight ??

Does "some time" include a couple of days? Only, the BN yesterday said Pratley would be back for Blackburn and didn't mention Mills at all...BWFC_Insane wrote:According to Nixon Mills and Pratley are both out injured for some time.
