SSN seemed to be showing tractors on it today; perhaps the owner has sprung for a new pitch, given his main concern starts again soon. Well, when I say main concern, I mean apart from getting his face in the papers at every opportunity.Worthy4England wrote:They could actually train on the fecker, to get used to it, without making it any bloody worse.

Had it been a new pitch, I'm sure he'd have been on SSN with said tractors to point out he was having it relaid.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:SSN seemed to be showing tractors on it today; perhaps the owner has sprung for a new pitch, given his main concern starts again soon. Good goal from Klasnic, good run from Mavies to set it up again. Elmander unlucky on the free kick as well.

Elmander buried a very fine left foot volley from a similar spot to where Klasnic scored as wellofficer_dibble wrote:Good goal from Klasnic, good run from Mavies to set it up again. Elmander unlucky on the free kick as well.
He also dummied one first half to put Klasnic through
Was nice to see Elmander play alongside a partner with some nous

Is there any highlights anywhere? I'd like to get another look at the goal considering we only saw it once due to Wigans lack of a video screen.
