Are any of you back in the bring back Bogdan camp or he have to make several more mistakes for that to happen.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

I personally don't see how that would benefit us, granted Lonergan can be a bit prone to a mistake or 2 but even the best keepers in the world make mistakes. Bogdan however, oozes mistakes, lack of confidence and cant command his box or defence for toffee. the last thing we need is even more pressure on a shocking defencebwfcdan94 wrote:Are any of you back in the bring back Bogdan camp or he have to make several more mistakes for that to happen.

Oh, I'll tell you something that seems to have been overlooked from today - Ricardo Gardner is now no longer the only player ever to nice person a ball out of the Bok. A Cardiff player (not sure which one) managed it today. Twatted it over the Lofthouse Stand, almost at the roof's highest point. Impressive stuff.

You could have written exactly the same about a large amount of games this season.thebish wrote:we didn't play that badly - in terms of the basics - but we totally lacked any threat/punch/sting/inventiveness/spark... we had no ideas/creativity/pace/guile... we just never looked like we'd score - i was watching the crowd - not once did a single bolton fan anywhere stand up with anticipation!
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I read thebish's totally accurate description and wonder which part of our performance was 'not that bad'...Lord Kangana wrote:You could have written exactly the same about a large amount of games this season.thebish wrote:we didn't play that badly - in terms of the basics - but we totally lacked any threat/punch/sting/inventiveness/spark... we had no ideas/creativity/pace/guile... we just never looked like we'd score - i was watching the crowd - not once did a single bolton fan anywhere stand up with anticipation!

Workrate, unlike last week. Otherwise we were rubbish. Bereft if ideas, creativity leadership and confidence. We might as well get used to it. I know we were in a bad position at this point last season and recovered well. But that was from a position of playing better and better and not getting the results we deserved. I was totally behind DF at that point. This year there is no hope at all. None whatsoever, until someone gets rid of DF and dumps PG with him. And that's will be mid next season at best I reckon. Depressing stuff.William the White wrote:I read thebish's totally accurate description and wonder which part of our performance was 'not that bad'...Lord Kangana wrote:You could have written exactly the same about a large amount of games this season.thebish wrote:we didn't play that badly - in terms of the basics - but we totally lacked any threat/punch/sting/inventiveness/spark... we had no ideas/creativity/pace/guile... we just never looked like we'd score - i was watching the crowd - not once did a single bolton fan anywhere stand up with anticipation!

Dougie happy with the display he must be the only one in the Reebok who was it was absolutely dire. I am not sure he was watching the same game. Cardiff were lacking in confidence and were there for the taking. But oh no Dougie just wants us to play defensive football with the worst defence I have seen us have in a long time. I would be happier if he came out and said that was not good enough but he comes out with this tripe week after week and frankly it is making me feel even more angry. However, as we have no money we are stuck with him unless he walks, which he is not going to as he thinks he is doing a good job?

we lost this 1-0 - yet we showed more teeth when we lost 5-3 to leicester... we do have teeth, sometimes - but yesterday we left them in a glass on the bedside table...

I was doing a small search for his comments concerning not liking the nature of the loan system (it first came up in his "meet the fans" forum of 29 July last year btw but I couldn't find his actual words). As long ago as last September he was blaming bad luck for the lack of success and insisting that the tactics, formation and players were all hunky-dory if we were just getting the breaks.Norpig wrote:Dougie happy with the display he must be the only one in the Reebok who was it was absolutely dire. I hope to Hell that he never visits a Casino.

He slags them off. He shouldn't be doing that it'll ruin their confidence. He says they played ok, he's watching a different game.
He can't win (geddit).

I didn't expect us to get a result and thought the score line would have been greater for Cardiff.
The top flight opposition took full advantage of the mistake we made to score, nothing new there as that's what top flight teams do.
What did disappoint though was how clueless we look in attack.

Aye the 'display' was absolute bobbins. As Bish says from a basic point of view we were better than last week, but bear in mind Cardiff barely turned up for the game and to me looked like they'd not have minded losing.
We were terrible in most aspects it has to be said. Danns for me the only player who looks vaguely competent on the ball. The rest to me look like they've either given up or just have zero confidence. Medo and Spearing did have a fun game at one point of who could give the ball away the fastest. Brightened up a dull game no end........

He can't keep kicking them when they are down. There's 18 teams between us and we lost to a freak error. Yes we're shit but we worked hard and showed some fight the week after a surrender. He's got to start rehabilitating them after a rock bottom moment and constant criticism isn't the way to do it.

Here lies the problem....he doesn't win many football matches and he doesn't know how to win football matches, he also can't manage, motivate or organise and is by far the most negative & inept Manager I've known at BWFCPrufrock wrote:He slags them off. The apathy & acceptance of mediocrity amongst some supporters is as damaging to the club as Freedman is.
I've asked this time and time again....please tell me why Freedman should be allowed to continue in a job that he's clearly not capable of doing - what is it that he's doing or done that inspires such confidence....apart from we're skint and can't afford to get shut of the useless clown.
The 'apparent' way forward with Freedman is to tread water for a few years, try and avoid sinking into Div 1 and just believe & accept everything that he (Freedman) repeatedly says - because he shouldn't be expected to manage over paid players with poor attitudes - and in a few years everything will be reet because the development squad will be awesome and the answer to our prayers.
Because we (BWFC) have a great record of lots of young players coming through don't we !
Re: Giant Killing on the Cards? (Cardiff Thread)
Don't forget that some seem to think that his job is to stop the reserve team players from being frightened of playing in the first team.
